Problem
The second card slot (nearest the Ethernet connectors) in both the D32o and the D16Mio have a hardware issue with the output polarity being swapped on odd numbered channels only (even numbered channels are correct).
Causes
This was caused by a hardware issue for both the D32o and the D16Mio.
Solution | Workaround
This was fixed with a firmware update for both units.
