Problem
Audio streams are not subscribing to the CDN64 Dante card when External mode is set to ‘Yes.’
Causes
Unconnected audio channels of the CDN64 Dante card will not establish a subscription in Dante Controller.
Solution | Workaround
If the Dante card's External Configuration property is set to 'Yes' and the Dante subscription is not connecting or initializing, check the design running on the Q-SYS Core processor.
- In Design mode, connect the audio channels of the CDN64 to a component that accepts audio.
- Re-deploy the design.
