Procedure

You can find the country setting for the POTS interface in the properties of the Q-SYS core 110f.

Ensure the Core 110f is selected in your design on the left side pane.
Drag the POTS component into the schematic.
On the right side pane (Properties), you will see the dropdown to select the country setting.
