Problem

CDN64 Dante card not showing network activity.

Causes

If the CDN64 Dante card is not included in the running design on the Q-SYS Core processor, its network ports do not activate and its LAN port lights will remain off. This is by design.

Solution | Workaround

To resolve, add the Dante card to your design:

1. In the Core's properties, select "Dante" for the card slot the Dante card occupies.
2. Drag a Dante In or Out component into the design.
3. Wire the Dante component to an audio component such as mixer or meter.
4. Push the design to the Core. The card will now activate and you should see network activity on its LAN ports.
