Problem
Camera Preview is missing after updating to Designer version 9.2.1+.
Causes
Q-SYS version 9.2.1 introduced the Media Display property. The Camera Preview window in the Camera Status/Control component changed to using Media Display for the Presentation property.
Any designs created in older versions of QDS will present this issue.
Solution | Workaround
- Any copied elements of this preview (for example, within a UCI) must be changed to Media Display to continue displaying the Camera Preview.
- Rebuild/Create new designs in QDS 9.2.1 or newer to prevent future issues.
