Applicable Paint Types

PL Series speakers are painted then coated with a Polane finishing layer. To paint over this finish, compatible paint must be used to ensure proper adhesion and finish.

  • Polane Polyurethane Enamel: Using another layer of Polane paint is a safe choice, as it ensures compatibility.
  • Epoxy Paint: Epoxy paints can adhere well to Polane surfaces, providing a durable finish.
  • Acrylic Urethane: This type of paint can also be used over Polane, offering good adhesion and flexibility.
