Answer
Cores are unable to make a three-way call from the VOIP status block. The conference call must be initiated from another phone or via DTMF commands if your phone server supports them.
Note
DTMF command use is dependent on provider support and is set up on the provider side. Once configured, commands can then be set up for a Core to send.
