FAQ | Why does my Dante subscription disappear immediately after creating it in Dante Controller?

Answer
If you are managing subscriptions in Dante Controller, you must set the external configuration of the Dante card or Software Dante block to 'Yes'. This allows you to configure Dante using an external program such as Dante Controller.
If you do not have External Configuration set to 'Yes' and you try to subscribe in Dante Controller, the subscription will immediately disappear. External Config is set to 'No' by default.
