Learn how to factory reset your NC Series Cameras quickly and easily.
Procedure
Use the following steps to reset NC Series Network Cameras back to their factory default settings:
NC-90-G2 | NC-110
NC-90-G2

- Use a paperclip or similarly sized object to insert into the reset button located on the back of the unit.
- Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
- Release button.
Unit will restart with the default hostname and DHCP for the network.
NC-12x80 | NC-20x60
- Use a paperclip or similarly sized object to insert into the reset button located on the back of the unit.
- Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
- Release button.
Unit will restart with the default hostname and DHCP for the network.
NC-Pro15x
- Locate the RESET pinhole button.
- Disconnect power.
- Press and hold the RESET button.
- While pressing and holding the RESET button, reconnect power and continue holding for 10 seconds. The reset will take a few minutes.
Unit will restart with the default hostname and DHCP for the network.
