Factory Reset | NVM Series Endpoints
Learn how to perform a factory reset on NVM series endpoints to restore default settings.
Procedure
Use the following steps to reset NVM Series Network Video Endpoints to factory default settings:
- Insert a paper clip, or similar tool into the reset pinhole on the back of the device.

- Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to initiate reset.
Note
The factory reset process will reset all of the network settings to default (DHCP) and will reset the host name to the default name. Additionally, the process will delete the access control settings and the system information logs.
