Problem | Symptoms

When connecting a ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 6 via USB-C (with either PD enabled or disabled), a message appears stating, "Compromised - The USB-C device has drawn too much power, charging has been temporarily disabled." This issue also occurs intermittently with MacBook Pro M1, M2, and M3 models, but only when AUX power is used and PD is disabled. As a result, video may not reliably pass, and the compromised message will appear.

Avoid using AUX power with PD disabled to prevent encountering this issue.
