Procedure

Currently, Designer doesn’t automatically look for User Components in a package. Use the following steps for adding the user components to your design:

  1. Go to your current asset directory.
    1. Default: Documents > QSC > Q-Sys Designer > Assets
  2. Select the desired component file.
  3. Move the component file to the following directory.
    1. Documents > QSC > Q-Sys Designer > User Components

Q-SYS Designer will now be able to list the User Component.
