Answer
Sometimes the reboot command – which is required to apply changes – does not reach the Dante card. This could be due to the network switch slowing or splitting packets, or the OS firewall blocking the request.
As a workaround, try plugging your computer directly into the CDN64 card's primary Dante network. (Note that no crossover cable is needed, as the CDN64 card auto-negotiates the cable type.) Then, click the Reboot button again in Dante Controller.
