Problem

Persistent File Sync Faults between redundant cores using audio files.

Causes

The use of the characters ‘#’ or ‘%’ in the audio filenames.  These characters somehow prevent the proper data from making the XML transfer from primary to secondary.

Solution | Workaround

Rename or remove the files using Q-SYS Administrator.  The file sync process should be successful once all offending filenames are renamed of the files removed.
