Problem | Symptoms
The "Named Components" option in Block controller is missing. Some of the "Named Controls" may also be missing.
Causes | Verification
Block controller stops processing named controls if there is an “&” in the name. This results in the “Named Component” block controller block options not appearing despite numerous blocks having “script access” set to “All”.
Solution | Workaround
Replace/remove the “&” symbol in the names of any Named Controls.
