Tip | Use Script Programmer Mode to ensure you reference components/plugins correctly
Learn how to properly reference components and plugins by utilizing Script Programmer Mode.
Advice
To confirm you are able to reference components, and are referencing the correct components, use Script Programmer Mode.
This will give you a visual reference on each component showing it's Code Name and Script Access state.
- In Q-SYS Designer, click Tools.

Select Script Programmer Mode.
- The option will show with a check mark when active.
- The option will show with no mark when inactive.
