Overview

This provides step-by-step instructions for uninstalling the Q-SYS Reflect App scoped application from ServiceNow

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Version: 
    • Yokohama Patch 7 Hot Fix 2 or later
  • Required Roles:
    • ServiceNow Admin Role

Uninstall Steps

Use the following steps to uninstall the Q-SYS Reflect App for ServiceNow from your ServiceNow tenant:

  1. Navigate to System Applications > My Company Applications.
  2. Locate Q-SYS Reflect Sync for ServiceNow.
  3. Click Uninstall. The following information is displayed in the pop-up window:
    1. List of dependent applications.
    2. List of in-development applications.
    3. Tables and records in the required application.
    4. Option to retain the application tables and data.
  4. In the Uninstall confirmation dialog box, review the tables and records associated with the application before you uninstall that application.
  5. This message will appear: Delete All Tables & Date - To delete all data associated with this application, clear the Retain tables and data check box. Leave this check box selected to remove only application files.
  6. Click OK.
  7. In the confirmation dialog box, enter uninstall and click OK.
  8. Click Done.
