This provides step-by-step instructions for uninstalling the Q-SYS Reflect App scoped application from ServiceNow.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Version:
- Yokohama Patch 7 Hot Fix 2 or later
- Required Roles:
- ServiceNow Admin Role
Uninstall Steps
Use the following steps to uninstall the Q-SYS Reflect App for ServiceNow from your ServiceNow tenant:
- Navigate to System Applications > My Company Applications.
- Locate Q-SYS Reflect Sync for ServiceNow.
- Click Uninstall. The following information is displayed in the pop-up window:
- List of dependent applications.
- List of in-development applications.
- Tables and records in the required application.
- Option to retain the application tables and data.
- In the Uninstall confirmation dialog box, review the tables and records associated with the application before you uninstall that application.
- This message will appear: Delete All Tables & Date - To delete all data associated with this application, clear the Retain tables and data check box. Leave this check box selected to remove only application files.
- Click OK.
- In the confirmation dialog box, enter uninstall and click OK.
- Click Done.
