Answer

Firmware and software updates for the the RoomSuite Collaboration Bar come from two update methods.

  1. Windows  Update
    1. Device drivers, MTR application updates and Windows OS updates are delivered through Windows Update 
    2.  
  2. Q-SYS OTA(Over the Air) Updates
    1. This method is used to update the web application and Q-SYS Reflect device connectivity.  This functionality is enabled by Q-SYS cloud services, but does not require a bar to be registered to Q-SYS Reflect.  The updates are automatic and transparent to the user.
