How To | Submitting Log files from a SeerVision Server

Learn how to extract logs from a SeerVision server.

Procedure


Use the following steps to submit logs from Serrvision Servers using VisionSuite (v90+) for Q-SYS Tech Support analyzation.

Note

Internet access is required on the server for this procedure.

 
  1. From the Seervision GUI press the button in the top right.  
    1. This will bundle the previous two minutes of video (if enabled to do so) and logs.
  2. Click the button.
  3. Click Review bug reports (x).

  1. Fill out the Description, First and Last name as well as a valid email address to receive the log file. 

    Note

    The contact email should be for your assigned Q-SYS Technical Support Engineer.

     
  2. Check the EULA agreement. 
  3. Click SEND BUG REPORT.
  4. Wait for report to upload. 
    1. Once complete you may put the server back on its preferred network if it was altered for this process.
