How To | Adding Files / Attachments to an existing case

Here are the steps needed to add files to your tech support case

Procedure


When troubleshooting a case with tech support, it may be necessary to share logs, screenshots, or design files. Use the following steps for adding files to an existing tech support case:

  1. Sign into your existing Q-Sys account.
    2. Click Support Portal in the My Q-Sys section
    3. Locate the Contact Support section
    4. Click Create a Case
    5. Scroll down to the My Open Cases section
    6. Select the Case you're needing to add files to
    7. On the right hand side, there is a place to add attachments labelled Upload Files
