Procedure

If Q-SYS Help does not open when you press F1 or select Help from the menu bar, it is likely due to default browser settings in Windows. Try these workarounds:

Online

If your computer has internet access, you can access the Q-SYS Help online.

 
 

Change the Default Browser

  1. Close Q-SYS Designer.
  2. Open Windows Settings.
  3. Go to Apps > Default apps.
  4. Select a different Web browser. (This sets the default browser for all web apps on your PC.)
  5. Close Windows Settings, re-open Q-SYS Designer, and launch Help.

Note
