FAQ | Why does my computer not recognize my USB audio connection?
Learn how to troubleshoot when your computer won't recognize your USB audio connection.
Answer
For connection to a PC, Mac, or MS Teams device, USB Audio Bridging must be enabled. This is separate from the External USB Audio feature, which is for connection of a USB headset, speakerphone, or similar device. External USB Audio cannot be used for connection to a PC, Mac, or MS Teams.
