Yes. You can configure the NV-32-H as an Encoder or a Decoder to do this, depending if you also need to transmit this local source elsewhere over the network or receive network sources to this link.
- If you only need 1080p maximum, it can function as a 3x2 local switcher plus network I/O
- If you require 4k, then it's a 3x1 local switcher.
