Procedure
Because of their architecture, the Core 5200 and Core 6000 have different means to reset and restore than other Q-SYS devices which requires assistance from a support technician. As a reset should be performed on these models as a last resort, it is recommended to contact Q-SYS Support for assistance troubleshooting one of these Cores.
