The UCI is too complex and overwhelms the TSC hardware causing memory and CPU overload issues leading to control connection timeouts and UCI reloads. This can occur due to too many controls on a single page, usually in the range of 1000, but can be less due to other factors such as network speed and traffic.

Solution | Workaround

• Split the UCI into multiple pages to reduce simultaneous communication.
• Use separate UCIs for different functions instead of one TSC controlling the entire system.
• Utilize a more powerful device like a laptop or desktop with Core Manager.
