QIO units in a given Q-SYS design may not successfully update to Q-SYS 9.8.1 from previous versions. The QIO units may show blue status in the inventory, indicating that they are updating, but that status may not clear.
We at Q-SYS are aware of this issue and are working on a resolution in future versions.
Solution | Workaround
A physical reboot of the QIO device in question may be required to successfully update the unit. Once this is done, the unit should return to normal operation.
