Attempting to receive AES67 audio from a 3rd party Dante device results in a “Compromised - Packet Missing” error and no being audio received. The AES67 Receiver > Details tab also shows a DSCP value of 0 with increasing “missing” counts.
This is a software bug in Q-SYS Designer 9.7.
Solution | Workaround
- There is currently no workaround in Q-SYS 9.7. This will be fixed in an upcoming release.
- Backing the system down to a previous build of Q-SYS will otherwise resolve the issue.
AES67 audio from other Q-SYS Core processors is unaffected.
