Answer
The Q-SYS RoomSuite Modular System supports 1x1 Dante I/O, primarily designed for use with ceiling microphones.
Note
Room System Optimization will not function if 3rd-party microphones are connected to the system.
Configuration of the microphone settings themselves must be done via third-party manufacturer’s software tools. Dante microphones outputs can be connected to the Q-SYS RoomSuite Modular System Dante input channel and audio monitored via Q-SYS RoomSuite Manager web interface; however, Dante Controller must be used to make connect the RMS Dante output channel to microphone input channels.
Note
Third-party software tools will only discover third-party ceiling mics when connected to the A/V LAN.
