Reflect Regional Data Hosting introduces separate instances of the Reflect platform, enabling customers to store their Q-SYS device application data within a selected geographic region.
In the initial phase, data hosting will be available in European (Germany) and Asia-Pacific (Singapore) regions, with each customer Organization (“Org”) assigned to a single region.
Reflect regionalization is being delivered through a phased approach, designed to expand capability over time:
- Phase 1: Regional hosting for RoomSuite Collaboration Bars, with region-based access and no data migration
- Phase 2 (planned): Expanded regional support to Q-SYS Designer and Cores
- Phase 3 (planned): Broader platform support and data migration between regions
