Procedure

Per Audinate, these are the steps to remove a device from DDM:

Audinate Dante Hardware

1. Isolate the enrolled device from the rest of the Dante network and DDM server.
2. Disconnect and reconnect the device.
3. Wait for at least 2 minutes.
4. Open the Device View for the device in Dante Controller 4.1 or higher.
5. From the Device menu, select Clear Domain Credentials.

Software-based Dante

1. Isolate the enrolled device from the rest of the Dante network and DDM server.
2. Remove software-based Dante from the design, and then Save to Core & Run (F5).
3. Add software-based Dante back into the design and save to the Core again. (This is the equivalent of disconnecting and reconnecting hardware.)
4. Wait for at least 2 minutes.
5. In Dante Controller 4.1 or higher, open the Device View for the software-based Dante.
6. From the Device menu, select Clear Domain Credentials.
