Procedure


If the UCI will not deploy to an iPad, even if it has a static IP, try the following: 

  1. Delete the Q-SYS app.
  2. Reboot the iPad. 
  3. Re-install the app.
  4. Click on Apple iOS Settings (the cog icon).
  5. Scroll down to the Q-SYS icon. 
  6. Tap it.
  7. Scroll down to the eight spaces for entering Hard Links.
