Causes
NS Dell switches running on firmware versions beyond 6.6.0.24. 6.6.0.24 is the latest stable firmware version that Q-SYS confirmed.
Solution
Downgrade the switch firmware version to 6.6.0.24. Please contact technical support for more information and gain access to the appropriate firmware.
