Factory Reset | TSC-55-G2
Learn how to safely perform a factory reset on your TSC-55-G2 device.
Procedure
Use the following steps to reset a TSC-55-G2 to its factory default settings:

If Offline
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
If Online
Click the ID button from either Configurator, Peripheral Manger, or the Status/Control component in Q-SYS Designer Software.
- Hold down the factory reset button in the lower right corner of the screen for 5 seconds. The screen will give you a countdown.
- The touch panel will restart.
