Factory Reset | DCIO/DCIO-H
Learn how to factory reset your DCIO/DCIO-H and restore it to its original configuration.
Procedure
Use the following steps to reset a DCIO-H to its factory default settings:
- Press and hold the ‘ID’ and ‘Next’ buttons for 3 seconds. You'll then see the message “ID to confirm”
- Press the 'ID' button to confirm reset or press the ‘Next’ button to cancel the process
- Wait for the device to complete the reset process and reboot (this will take a few minutes)
This resets all network settings to their factory defaults: IP Addresses, hostname, etc.
