Windows may show “USB Malfunction Error."
Definition
This problem is rare but it sometimes occurs. A factory reset (i.e., restoring the core processor to its original configuration and settings will correct the problem.
Solution | Workaround
- Save the current configuration from the Core 110f.
- Reset the Core 110f to factory default.
- Push the saved configuration back into the Core 110f.
- Download the log archive file from the Core 110f for analysis by QSC.
