Q-SYS Designer no longer comes with a local copy of the Q-SYS Help File installed. If you need to work with Q-SYS Designer at a site without web access, make sure to download the Offline Help File first. It can be found on our website here, or in Q-SYS Designer under Help > Download Offline Help.
This will download a zip file containing the Offline Help File.
- Once downloaded unzip the file.
- Open the OfflineHelp-x.x.x folder.
- Double-click the Index.htm file to open Help in your default browser.
