Procedure

If you do want to change your username/email then you will first need to create a new account using that new email, and then we will be able to merge your old account into the new one.

1. Navigate to the QSC website or Q-SYS website.
2. Locate the Login icon towards the top of the website.
3. Click Sign Up Now to create a new account.
4. Once you’ve created the account you’ll be sent a confirmation email.
5. Confirm it. 
6. Follow the directions of the confirmation email and log into your new account.
7. Login with your new account to activate it. You will know that it works when you see the “Welcome back” dashboard.
8. Create a Case with our support team. The accounts will be merged/updated by our administrative staff and you will receive notification when the case is closed.
