Unable To Discover UCI Using Q-SYS Control 3.5.2 on iOS 12.5.5
Cause
Q-SYS Control App Version 3.5.2 no longer supports iOS version 12.5.5 or older.
Solution | Workaround
- If your device requires iOS 12.5.5 and cannot update, do not update Q-SYS Control to 3.5.2. Turn off automatic app updates on your device.
- If you have already updated, use browser based UCI's (HTML 5). See this KB article and follow Workaround Option 2.
