Troubleshooting | Mouse pointer hidden behind UCI in UCI Viewer
Learn how to resolve the issue of the mouse pointer becoming hidden behind the UCI image in the UCI Viewer.
Problem
In UCI Viewer application, the mouse pointer is hidden behind the displayed UCI.
Causes
The pointer will be inaccessible when UCI Viewer is set to Touchscreen Control Mode.
Solution | Workaround
To return to normal operation (with the mouse pointer visible), deselect Touchscreen Control Mode in the UCI Viewer menu bar or settings list.
