Procedure
If Support requests information as to why a program is quitting unexpectedly, there is an easy way to obtain the event logs in Windows 10.
- Click on the search icon and type "Event Viewer".
- Right-click to Run as administrator.
- Select the Critical Error or Error that best matches the event when the issue occurred. Then, select "View All Instances of This Event".
- Export your event list or the whole log.
