How To | Configure closed captioning on IRC-28C with GDC server
Learn how to set up closed captioning for IRC-28C TVs when connected to a GDC server.
Procedure
Tip
Always check that the latest firmware with regards to closed caption support is installed on the server.
- Navigate to the Caption menu located in [SMS] -> [Configuration] -> [Captions].
- Check the Enable Device option in the USL Closed Caption Device section.
- The recommended setting for Maximum Waiting Time is 10 seconds. Slower management networks may require a larger wait time.
- Reboot the server and projector.
