Yes, but UNH-IOL will need to have the network switches to perform this testing. In some cases, UNH-IOL may already have this switch at their facility to perform the tests, which may remove the need for you to ship to them directly. However, it is possible to set up a manufacturer/vendor drop shipment if you run into restrictions shipping from outside the United States.
