Answer
No. Every peripheral (e.g. I/O Frame, TSC-8, TSC-3, Page Station, ect..) must have its own name and must be pulled in to the Q-SYS Designer Schematic Page in order to be part of the design.
For example, if a peripheral such as a TSC-8 is not in the design with its own name, it will show as offline. If you have multiple Touch Panels in a design with the same name and there is an issue with one of them, Q-SYS Designer will not be able to identify which one is at fault.
