Message

When activating a license to a core, the licensing page shows “invalid start date.”


Definition | Causes

This error is often caused by the core having an invalid date and/or time selected. 


 

Solution | Workaround

  1. Open core manager by entering the core IP address into a web browser, or click tools>show configurator>core name in Q-SYS Designer. 
  2. On the blue left-hand panel select Network
  3. Select the Date & Time option.
  4. Click the blue “edit” button in the upper-right hand corner of the window.
  5. Adjust the date and time to match the PC that is currently connected to the core.
  6. Save changes.
  7. If the issue persists, please contact Q-SYS support.
