Awareness | AEC reference required back to the Sennheiser TCC2

While the Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC2) mic array does have an Automatic AEC Reference Input, for the typical challenging audio environment, the addition of an External Reference is recommended. This can simply be a copy of the AEC Reference from the Q-SYS design, sent back via Dante (or AES67) to the mic array.
The Q-SYS sample design for Auto Camera Tracking includes this element of sending back such a reference signal. For issues with camera tracking, it is recommended that this method of a reference signal be used.
