Problem

NV-32-H is displaying a Q-SYS Ecosystem status screen instead of running design.

Causes

When an NV-32-H is not active in a running design, a Q-SYS Ecosystem status screen will display on all HDMI outputs. This screen shows pertinent information including Device Name, Firmware version, Model, Serial Number, as well as network information for LAN A and LAN B.

Solution | Workaround

• Check that the Core is running a design with the NV-32-H included
• Confirm that the NV-32-H device name matches the component in the design
• Ensure both the Core and NV-32-H are on the same LAN A network
