Procedure
With the Q-SYS softphone you can create a local contact list or pull one using lightweight directory access protocol (LDAP).

LDAP on third-party devices such as a Q-SYS softphone can be tricky. If you have difficulty, try creating a local contact list first to see if it works with the Q-SYS softphone. If it does, then try the LDAP configuration.
