Definition
Newer TSC-80-G2 touch screen controllers shipped after August 1, 2021 (with serial numbers after X26210001) require Q-SYS firmware version 9.1.2 or later. This error occurs if you attempt to load older firmware onto a newer TSC-80-G2.
Solution | Workaround
You must use Q-SYS firmware 9.1.2 or later on the system.
