Definition
This error indicates a failure of the Dante processor module in the product. The most common cause for this is by applying an incompatible DNT (Dante Firmware) update file directly to the product using Dante Firmware Update manager.

Note
All field firmware updates should be applied by using the Smart Firmware Update utility inside of the unIFY Control Panel software.
If you have updated the product outside of these guidelines, it is possible to recover the unit by first applying a compatible DNT file using Dante Firmware Update Manager and forcing the update as long as the device can still be seen on the Dante network via Dante Controller/Dante Firmware Update Manager.
