Answer
The first step in any support inquiry will be reverting the switch to the approved firmware and configuration. Any custom configurations implemented by the customer cannot be supported by QSC.
The QSC Technical Support team can only provide advanced support if the Q-SYS NS Series network switch is running the default, unedited QSC configuration file and firmware version.
